COSTAL COMMUNITY SOLUTIONS

Coastal communities can incorporate sargassum and plastic waste for air conditioning and cold storage; using ocean debris and plastic waste to make thermal energy or electricity, using any of these to make energy for water desalination, and having small systems in many locations to provide support for an aging or inadequate local grid. Additionally, coastal communities can benefit in the event of a natural disaster; recovery efforts can be accelerated with the use of a system designed for coastal use; providing local communities with the ability to generate energy or water from natural disaster debris.

Sustainability at the core means additional community solutions including working with other technologies in an integrated system of TurnW2E^® with intermittent solar and/or wind to make hydrogen, used to charge batteries, or generate usable thermal energy.
